Thank you for scheduling your aerial dance make up class with us!
We are happy to be able to provide a flexible and tailored make-up class policy to get you into the most appropriate make-up class. We will respond to make up requests within 48 hours (business days).
Please do not attend a class (for a make up) you are not scheduled for! We can’t confirm there is space in the class without registration through this form. Registering through this form is the only way to schedule a make up! You can’t do this through MindBody as our system is very custom to be able to get students into an appropriate level make up.

Policies
We permit 2 make-ups for each Adult 8 week session.
We permit 3 make-ups for each Youth Semester session.
Make up class cancellations with less than 24 hours notice OR "no shows" are forfeited and can not be rescheduled. We have many students trying to get in and use a small number of make up class times.
Make-up classes must be completed during the current session. Otherwise, they are forfeited.
We allow make-up classes to be done in advance, for absences near the end of the session (in other words, you can complete a make up before an absence if it's near the end of the session).
The make-up classes may vary in time and/or curriculum. The make up class will be level appropriate, but may not be the same material as you were working on in your regular class.
If you are enrolled in more than 1 class within a session, you get those make up classes for EACH class enrolled.
We can reschedule a make up class (meaning it is not forfeited) if given at least 24 hours notice via email.
All make-ups will be scheduled for the studio location you are enrolled at, unless otherwise noted or requested.
We cannot pre-schedule make-ups in a session that has not yet begun (this applies to youth as well as adult 8 week sessions).
North Studio Schedules
In addition to the schedules below, we have our “general make up” class on Saturday with Coach Nadja from 2-3pm. It is a mixed age, Level 1/2 class with rotating apparatuses (silks, trapeze, lyra, sling)
These are our full schedules for youth and adult classes. Please note, not all classes may have space for make-ups due to enrolled students and/or other students’ scheduled make ups.
