The party experience with quite possibly the best photo opportunities! At Aerial Cirque Over Denver capture your child and friends learning how to be aerial circus acrobats!! Participants learn tricks such as spinning, flying, and climbing, on aerial silks and trapeze for 1.5 hours of private instruction. They also offer optional add-ons including 30 minutes celebration time after the aerial instruction ($25), an Anne Wheeler – Greatest Showman, character option (great for ages 6 to 8 years old, $125), or a professional aerial performance from the instructor ($50). Parties start at $250 for up to 8 people and $300 for 9-14. They note parties are best for ages 5+.

Adams Mystery Playhouse

Aspiring detective? Adams Mystery Playhouse Theatre makes for a unique crime-solving experience! During the show, kids get to participate with time on stage, reading clues, and becoming deputy detectives. Mysteries are funny, interactive, and age appropriate. Parties are held on Saturdays only from 1 to 230pm, or 2 to 330pm, with 30 minutes of time after for cake (bring your own)/food. Public shows start at $300 for up to 20 people (note – not a private party experience!) or you can book a private show for an $800 minimum.

Cheyenne Fencing Society & Modern Pentathlon Center of Denver

This will be the first party where the kids hitting one another instead of the pinata is OK! Of course, all in a safe and structured environment at the Cheyenne Fencing Society. During the first hour, kiddos will warm up and complete a fencing lesson. The second hour is reserved for cake/food (bring your own). All equipment is provided for this fun and unique experience! Get creative at Neighborhood Art Studio! During the 90-minute party, your child and friends will complete an age-appropriate art project you select from a list of options. There are two pricing options. One without food included ($315 for up to 10 kids). Or one with pizza and juice included ($375 for up to 10 kids). They also offer optional add-ons including a piñata, photo booth, face painting, and more! They note party guests must be 5+ years old, with exception for sibling(s) of birthday child. However, they do have toddler parties for ages 2 to 4 years ($375 for up to 10 kids).

Ceramics in the City

At Ceramics in the City, your child and friends will select a ceramic piece and have fun painting their masterpiece! Children can pick from the shelf of options (prices vary), or you can pre-select a theme, such as Harry Potter (castle mug and small figurine), fairytales (Unicorns, Mermaids, Fairies, and Princesses), Piggy banks, Animals, or “Dunk mugs” (a mug that holds both milk and cookies!). Parties are 1.5 hours long and cake may be served (bring your own). There is an 8-guest minimum, and prices are charged per person, between $18 and $27 depending on the figurine. They note parties are best for ages 6+.

Art Garage

Another fun art experience for a variety of ages! At Art Garage, select a theme for the art project from a list, such as: Mixed media (cupcake, king or queen, under sea, robot, and much more!). Ceramics (treasure box, airplane, fairy house). Or, a recycled art sculpture – cool! You can also see if they can accommodate a custom theme. Ages 3-5 will do a mixed media project, whereas ages 6+ can choose between mixed media, ceramics, or recycled art sculptures. The party is 2 hours (1.5 hour art time and 30 min for cake/food – bring your own). It’s $400 for up to 12 participants.

Select between the basic ($259 for 10 guests), deluxe ($309 for 10 guests), ultimate ($359 for 10 guests), or platinum attraction packages ($415 for 10 guests). This will determine how many and what things kiddos can play on. The basic package only includes the wipeout (a game with a cushioned bar rotating to knock you over) and basic trampolines. The platinum package includes all the attractions (virtual reality, sky rider, bumper cars, ropes course, climbing walls, warrior course, tube playground, and more). You can also add on a 2 hour private party room ($50) that includes 2 pizzas. All ages are welcome – they do charge for toddlers.

At Hammond’s, select between 3 party options: party room rental ($150 for up to 30 guests), Ultimate Candy Experience ($475 weekdays, $595 weekends for up to 24 guests), or Mitchell Sweets Celebration Party ($325 weekdays, $385 weekends for up to 16 guests). The party room rental includes the party room for up to 2 hours (bring your own food/cake or purchase sweets) and a private guided tour of the candy factory. The Ultimate Candy Experience includes the party room for 2 hours, a private guided tour of the candy factory, a special candy making experience, and 3 large pizzas, soda, and ice cream cups. The Mitchell Sweets Celebration Party includes everything in the Ultimate Candy Experience but for fewer people (up to 16).

Scoops Homemade Ice Cream

A local and low-key favorite! Scoops doesn’t have a lot of information available on their website, but all you need to do is contact them! Their space can hold around 30 people and while they don’t charge for the 2 hour party window, they do ask you purchase a minimum of $100 (very fair!). They work with various partners as well, including face painters, balloon artists, and a band! You can book these entertainers separately and have them perform at the party.

Create Cooking School (owns and operates Lucina and Create Kitchen & Bar)

2501 N, Dallas St. (Technically Aurora, BUT on the very edge of Central Park in the Stanley Marketplace)

A true locals-know venue! There is limited information on the website for parties at Create Cooking School but contact them to set up a special event for your kiddo. This experience is for ages 8-13 only, with 10-12 kids max. Parties are generally scheduled on Saturday during the day and last 2-hours. During the party, kiddos make one dish (from a select list of a few options) with the chef instructor and decorate either cookies or cupcakes afterwards. Once the meal is complete you enjoy your delicious creation together in the dining room. The semi-private event is $600 minimum ($45-75/guest + tax and tip).

Downtown Aquarium

These include: mermaid package ($450 for 8 guests, $35/pp additional), pirate package ($400 for 8 guests, $35/pp additional), toddler package ($300 for 10 guests,$30/pp additional), sweet teen package ($85/pp, 10 guest minimum), walk the plank package ($735 for 4 guests, $190/pp additional).

The mermaid and pirate packages include aquarium admission, 1 reserved hour in Sharkey’s Fun Zone, stingray feeding, and food and cake. The mermaid party also gets a mermaid visit, while the pirate party gets an animal encounter. The toddler package includes 2 hours reserved in Sharkey’s Fun Zone, an aquarium plush for each child, and food/cake. The sweet teen package is their party option for 13+ and includes aquarium admission, stingray feeding, 1.5 hours in the water room, and appetizer, entrée, and cake. The walk the plank package is their “platinum” option, where up to 4 guests will get to snorkel in the Under the Sea Exhibit! Also included is aquarium admission, a behind the scenes tour, food/cake.

The Vintage Partea house

Last, but certainly not least on our list, the Vintage ParTea House. This is an experience fit for a little queen! The My Little Princess parTEA is 1r 45min. It is $295 for up to 8 guests (Monday – Thurs), or $325 for up to 8 guests (Friday-Sunday). In the party timeframe, kiddos get to play games and dress up in royal outfits, all while sipping on pink lemonade tea and munching on pastries, cookies and fresh fruit! You may bring cake and additional food if you like. $20 for each additional guest over 8. They also offer professional princess entertainers as an add-on.

Archery Games Denver

Plan a party at Archery Games Denver for a game of archery dodgeball! The rules are similar to those of dodgeball, but with archery arrows (foam tipped!). In the 75 minute party your group will get a 15 minute lesson on how to shoot the arrows, followed by a 1 hour fully-refereed game. You can also spend up to 45 minutes after the party in the shared banquet room to celebrate! They have a few pricing options depending on if you want to rent the area for a private party, or share the arena with other players. A private party is $360 for up to 12 players or $480 for 16 players. Playing in the public arena is $30 per player.
